This is probably an A-188-1 from the very first series where the option to
change the BBD circuits was not yet included. We had several adapter boards
available that were required if another BBD circuit should be used. I'll
take a look at our storage if we have some of these boards left. It requires
some electronic knowlede to install one of the adapter boards. From the
second version of the A-188-1 the adapter boards are no longer necessary as
we added jumpers and two types of sockets to the A-188-1 pc board.
