It¹s a situation of ³Damned if you do & Damned if you don¹t². You just know
that someone would be upset if he did NOT mention that he was a professional
and that person would infer that there was something shady going on in the
negligence of doing so. You can never please all the people all of the time
This happens all of the time on forums. I work for several audio companies.
I don¹t put it in a signature file, but I cover my ass by putting that
information in my Œprofile¹ with one exception on one forum because I only
go there to let off steam.

Jeez, kids. It¹s just one guy in the super-tiny-miniscule world of modular
synths that is a sub-division of the marginally larger world of synths.
What¹s the big Œto-do¹? We are a community of Œconfreres¹. Let¹s act like it
& give people the benefit of the doubt. What¹s the worst that could happen?
