Thanks for that.
 
To be honest I don't have an issue with the case as a studio piece. It's
still robust etc. Thing is I need to put together something portable for
gigs as my wooden furniture is just too bulking.

You might want to let people know that the upper right corner above the
crack has been repaired too, and the glue didn;t dry entirely clear. Or
perhaps you've managed a better job of fixing that than i did?

Sorry it hasn't worked out for you, seems to have been a bit of a cursed
item. :(
