short answer: no. If you plan to employ a traditional single-voice structure
one VCA is perfectly sufficient. As a matter of fact you have a second one
in the A111-5. The A185 bus access appears to be superfluous in your setup.
Perhaps substitute it with a noise module or a S/H to increase your sonic
palette?

I want to make my first modular and i have some questions about the ADSR and
VCA modules.

If i put 2 ADSR modules A-140 to my system (one for the vca and other for
the filter),
do i have also to put 2 VCA modules? also do i have to put an A-138a mixer? 
The system that i want to make is that:
1x A111-5 voice module
2x A110 vcos
1x A115 divider
1x A138b mixer logarithmic
1x A106-6 xpvcf
1x A131 VCA logarithmic
1x A170 slew limiter
1x A185-2 bass access
1x A180 Multiple
2x A140 ADSR
1x A147 VCLFO
1x A190-2 midi-cv converter
1x A100 LC6 case 6u
