I was able to pry the controller apart. It is a C channel inside a c-channel (and then you can access the usb because that part of the pcb is open (the innner c-channel is shorter than the outer one).
The issue with opening everything up was due to the paint used (it kind of glued things together)

I have re-soldered the usb and now it is nice and solid.

Everything works now except one function: CV

On the A-198 module the gate, pressure gate and pressure cv all work, the only thing that doesn't is the pitch CV.

Any clues what may cause this?
