Maybe the OTA (CA3080) of the second VCA has become defective. You can find
this out by swapping the two CA3080 in the module. In this case please ask
your dealer for a replacement CA3080 or send the module back for repair. We
discovered during the last few years that a small percentage of CA3080
becomes defective after a couple of months or years. In new designs the
CA3080 is no longer used (moreover they are no longer manufactured).
