thanks guys - I plopped in a smallish electrolytic I had, and it's down 
to a 0 or 1 every like 4 seconds, satiating my need for popcorn sound 
emulation ;)

Great stuff combined with the a-149-1.

I never understood the original timing; from white noise to slightly 
white noise, hehe. This is much more me.
