Please send it to back the dealer or representative where you purchased the
modules. If they are is still under warranty please add a copy of the
invoice.

If the modules are not under warranty you may even send the modules directly
to us (address on our website). Please add a note that the modules have to
be repaired. Otherwise the incoming goods department does not know what to
do with the goods (this happens now and then). Keep in mind the shipping
charges from and back to your country. If the modules are sent from outside
EU please put a copy of the invoice outside the package and add a remark
"delivery for repair" or similar.
