sadly the fee for UK people transferring sterling into euro accounts is true, i think our banks are more greedy than most. it basically excludes people in the UK from buying demo/special units direct from you, and also means special orders for obscure models take longer for us as they go through a dealer. i'm sure people would be happy to pay the 3% paypal fee if you could set up an account, maybe secretly and only for UK people. 

having said that EMIS is a great institution and i'm very happy to give them money, thanks for the tip.
