You seem to fully understand the principles and it is just a matter of degree i.e. how much separation and permeability is required. So if no one has actually used the mumetal foil for use with the reverb tank then experimentation is required (don't bother trying to do the calcs - too many unknowns). You could always do a double skin of the foil to increase the overall permeability and place the reverb as far away as you can get in the case. Also keeping any audio leads well away from magnetic components is worthe doing as screened cables don't help much with magnetic coupling. I'd be interested in how you get on - not so much from a synth point of view but more from a technical one as EMC is part of my day job.
