Thanks for your replies - I have found out that I want to split the Saxophone signal before it goes into the soundcard, in order to avoid to many out-and inputs. The reason is, that I need the envelope generated from the Saxophone available in my modular system all the time, but the audio signal has to be switched off from time to time. A split box is maybe a good idea, the box will then deliver the necessary power to the mic and I can send the signal to the A-119. So if I understand you correctly, the output from a split box does not "carry" the phantom power? I really have to read the manual for the A-152, thanks for the tip.
