I haven't tried this, but I think you should be able to patch the 
Hz/V signal to the CV input of an A121 exponential VCA, with a fixed 
voltage, such as from the A176 CV source, to the A121's signal input 
jack. Adjust the attenuator knobs until you get the Volt/Octave 
tracking correctly.

This won't work with the older A121's, you'd need one of the newer 
ones that can handle DC.

Someone who't actually done this should probably chime in on this, 
though.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
