I'm not sure what the problem is unless the Korg quantizes the voltage 
output. That is, if you're just sequencing pitches, shouldn't you be 
able to just turn the knobs till it's in tune whether it's exponential 
OR linear? I realize the Korgs use  shorting triggers instead of gates 
(at least my MS-20 does) - is that the problem?
