Sorry, but this is not so easy :-( The linear FM input is dc-decoupled. So
any steady voltage (like a held note) will look like zero Volts.

You first have to deactivate the corresponding in the input circuit.

(The fix dc-decoupling is the biggest disadvantage of many A-100 modules -
I wish it was switchable).
