The learn light blinks when learn is engaged, but other than that, the only thing I can get to respond is the pitchbend CV out. I scanned the manual and tried several midi devices/cables/channels. Did I miss something in the initial setup? What are some troubleshooting steps?
What is sending the program changes: A keyboard/synth or a sequencer 
program?
How is the sender connected to the A190: Direct or is some sequencer 
program in the line?
If you are sending from a keyboard but though a sequencer program: Are 
you sure the sequencer program does not filter program changes?
