Not sure if this is normal or not, doesn't seem like it. Then again, I'm just getting introduced to modulars, so.... 

Tried to upload a video from my droid but I don't think the format is supported. While we're on it, anyone know of a good video converter for .gp3>...? 

Here's the deal: 

when I begin to crank up the VCA (just slightly), and seemingly when it hits a certain volume/amplitude, I'm getting a really undesirable cracking noise. It's not like a bad pot or busted speaker noise. It's like a few too many extra volts of energy all of a sudden hitting the sound. It's happened a few times on different settings. Not really sure what to make of it. I figured if I could ask anyone, why not ask the best modular community on the internet, who will forgivingly answer my n00bish question. 

Any thoughts or input/help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
