I've tended to use a A160 clock divider for sub osc sounds as i have that but 
not the A-115 and it can be clocked a fair way into the audio range.

probably that works the other way too, some of the serious electronics heads 
here might know differently, but probably you can use the A-155 to divide 
control voltages like lfo output as well.

for audio range applications that don;t involve just mixing down the sub 
frequencies with the osc output, you could experiment with using the output(s) 
of the A-115 to mod the filter cutoff level, as a sync source for the other 
audio oscs, so you can sweep the sync in one or more octaves without needing 
another audio osc, or running it into the ring mod?

Hi folks, I'm new to modular synthesis and this is my first post to this group 
so please forgive my naivety. I recently purchased a second-hand, half filled 
A-100 G6. I though, at the price I paid, that it would be a good way of breaking 
into an area that has tempted me for years. The system came with a couple of 
Oscillator, a phase modular, a mixer, an envelope generator, a midi to CV 
converter and a A-111-5 mini synthesizer (Dark energy equivalent). This left 
plenty of space for expansion and so far I've added a ring modulator and a VCA.

So far, so good. I've been using synths since the early '80's and I  understand 
the general principals of what a lot of this system can do. However, I feel the 
A-115, Audio Divider, that came with it hasn't really shown me it's true worth 
yet. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to how best employ this 
module in relation to the rest of this set-up. Don't get me wrong, I have read 
it's manual and I understand what it's doing, but it just doesn't seem to have 
made a worthwhile impression on me yet.
