Hi Florian! Your suggestion, interestingly enough, worked!!

However, I still have a problem. Now I have adjusted the beat division, and make the following connections on the a100:

a190 clock --> a160 trig in
a190 reset --> a160 res. in

When I play the drum machine, the a16o/161 start going, and when I hit stop on the drum machine, the a160/161 stop, and the a161 returns to position 1. BUT, if I hit play again, the a161 will start running from position 2!

Is there any way to correct/avoid this?
