No reply here but, for future seekers after the same information, James Husted of Synthwerks replied on another forum that the bus rails can be connected between the CV & Gate pins of any unused headers using the A-100BC cable. A doepfer cable long enough to reach from the top to the bottom bus rail in a 9U case would be useful though.
