The Buchla pulse is like a combined gate and trigger. The trig level is

+10v, and the gate level is 5v. Multiple triggers can be imposed upon a

sustaining gate. Buchla envelopes need the trigger part to fire, so if

only a gate is used from the Euro side, it should either have a

high-passed pulse derived from the gate and summed, or just amplify the

5v gate x2 to get a 10v gate.

These pulses have signal diodes on the outputs so that they can be

freely stacked, for a "diode or" function.

Any such panel should probably have a ground banana jack on it, so that

the systems can be well grounded together.
