Hi Evan,
I don't know how to fix the module but here's a simple patch to 
solve it.

Wasp filter(a124) to Dual VCA(a132) audio in.
Control Voltage Source(a176) CV1 to Multiples.
multiples 1 out to Voltage Invertor(a175)
Voltage Invertor to Wasp filter CV1
multiples 2 out to Dual VCA CV input.

As you sweep the CV source knob (CV1) the hi pass will sweep up and 
the volume of the VCA will get quieter until silent.
