my A-100G6 just went dead when installing a module while power was on (stupid)

I have two of these a-100G6 and one died on me while installing a module..
i was very stupid because the whole case was on.. a couple of days ago i
ordered the 1200mA upgrade for both my cases.. any idea what happened to
it?? I suck at electric stuff :(
