Doepfer

I bought an A 156 from Emis in December 2013 and the jacks are loose in the sockets.

Where did you buy them and what module is this? There may be modules
which are bought rarely. So if the dealer is a big dealer, then maybe he
had some NOS parts. In this case it is possible, that you bought a pre
2003 module.
