Ok, let's put this into perspective! Here's how the thing should work, if it doesn't work this way there's a design flaw or something. First, White noise out, no variation when any of the knobs are turned. Second, colored noise out is controlled by the blue and red knobs - these should ONLY affect the output of the colored noise. Third, random output is controlled by the rate and level knobs and ONLY those knobs! So, is this what happens? If not, the damn thing wasn't designed right.
