Florian thanks again for the help, as far as I can see there’s no pre-post “point” where the leak might occur. Each signal goes straight to its target and nowhere else. Audio 1 multed signal and A-138s mixer outs have separated channels (1 mono, 1 stereo) on the outboard mixer, so I had muted the stereo channel and assured that no pre-sends were active on that channel: the A-138s channel 1 signal (DPO) was audible through the mono channel dedicated to the multed signal (softpop) which had to be recorded.
