The A-126 is a very complex module (quadrature VCO, dome filter, two ring modulators, adders/subtractors) and it's impossible from the distance to make a diagnosis what is wrong if it's not working at all. Maybe the quadrature VCO (based on rare CEM3382) is broken. But that's only a guess. You would have to be very experiences with electronics to repair the module yourself. E.g. for the dome filter adjustment a very special measuring equipment is required as you have to measure the phase shift in relation to the frequency. I fear you will have to send in the module for repair.
