I've played with them *very* briefly at a couple of NAMM shows over the
last three years, I recall thinking: "cool, but not an 808 replacement",
which is why I'd be keeping my 808 ;0)

I also remember not being too impressed with the CB88, I've gotten far
closer to the real 808cb in my DSP dev stuff. It's a tricky sound, and
it's very important to get the trail right.

Thanks for the second opinion, I don't always trust my memory for this
stuff!
