You are right in assuming irony.

Paul Schulz wrote (already ironically), that he has so many ideas for
additional controllers that he would be able to start a business on his
own.

I answered ironically to Paul, that it is enough, that Dieter Döpfer is
driven crazy sometimes by all those troubles that arise with a little
enterprise (like unreliable cleaning women, etc. pp.) I wrote this, since I
once had a small enterprise in studio construction on my own, and I know
that this is able to drive you crazy.

Bakis then introduced the complete weirdness by his bad quoting mannor ;-)


Now without any irony: Dieter is not insane or crazy or whatelse. Doepfer
is a very reliable enterprise. I know Dieter Döpfer as person since 1979 or
1980 when he started his business as one man show in the former appartment
of his parents. Now he works with nine or ten long-time-employees and a few
external suppliers. He is doing his job in the consciousness, that
continuity and reliability for his customers, employees and himself is much
more worth than a fast buck. So do not hesitate to order.
