3.5mm patchbay?

Hi,
  Does anyone know of a company that makes a patchbay with 
mono 3.5mm connections on the front to help integrate other 
pieces of gear to your a-100?  I have a few A-181s (the mult with 
the adapter from 1/4") but it's slow and a pain to use with gear 
with connections on the back.  Any ideas or solutions?
