Doepfer

After having a look at this page and the Wiard page, I think doepfer should
not do a module like this. 

My arguments are: 
- You can get similar results with combinations of existing modules 
- and you can do "only" these dedicated stuff with it. 
  A Sample&Hold, a simple VCA, two LFOS, a noise and a filter do a 
  lot more things.
