Hi there, Just a quick question for those of you whove done away with the G6s and G3s... Are you using doepfer bus boards, or have you made your own out of stripboard and IDC headers? Now i havent looked at the bus board layout yet, but i know the connectors are 10 pin, so analogue and digital grounds, plus and minus, cv and gate. Thats six, which meens cutting strips, or are the Agnd and Dgnd combined? Yes, i know i can look when i get all the modules out, but id rather work it all out before i start messing :) I didnt really want it to turn out like that, but the psu that ive aquired is pretty high ampage, at about 3.4, when i was aiming at about 1.5. Am I correct in thinking that the only real disadvantage of this is if i get a short somewhere more dammage will be done? Im thinking that under normal running conditions, the headroom will not be a problem? Im also thinking that its not a good idea to run a psu at max, but then again i realise 3.4 is a little excessive for this applicaiton. Obviously im hoping evreythings in order, but if its not, then please do tell me :) Cheers, Julian.
