For vintage sounding delay I use a roland dc30 BBD delay. It's got a CV in
for delay time, and if you patch around it with a vca and mixer you can
get CV control over feedback too ;0)

For more modern delay fx, I either use the midi sync delays on my Oasys
PCI card or LAP's Tape Delay effect.

I wouldn't mind picking up a Roland space echo one of these days either.
