Not that it's needed on this module, but it does come to mind that out of
the 3(now 4) LFO's, none have Pulse Width Modulation, like say the Korg
MS-50 LFO.
It should go along with a VC-LFO, so adding it to the 143-2 may be too much,
but maybe the A-147 could be updated? or a deluxe A-147-2?
