What about: Patch a quick lfo through a vca and on to controll the pitch of an oscilator. Now controll that vca with velocity (via your midi cv). Harder notes will be more shrill. Using an envelope and vca to set the delay on a pads lfo... With the right midi cv, controlling modulation with continious controllers etc.etc. VC mixing, as in the a135 (2xa132 and a multiple will do for a simple version) Theres going to be way more complex examples too, im sure.
