I don't have an A-135, but having just read that it uses the CEM3381, bringing "the individual outputs to the front" is likely to be a non- trivial mod. The CEM3381 is a current output device, and I suspect this means that the outputs from all 4 sections are summed and converted to a voltage using a single op amp. To get at each section would thus require adding 4 more op amps, one for each section. Probably do-able, but certainly not a simple matter of adding 4 jacks and 4 bits of wire... Tim
