Looks pretty good.
 
A couple of suggestions;
 
Looking at the circuit I notice a mute pin, if this acts as a bypass
switch, it should be included, even better if it was implemented as both
a switch and a socket so the effect on/off could be triggered by a gate
signal for example. Also incorporate the effect on/off LED.
 
Also the clip LED would be very useful as I would primarily use a module
such as this within the sound chain rather than just at the end.
