Doepfer

Not sure why this guy has gotten so worked up? Ask any Doepfer distributor (EMIS in the UK are excellent) and they will either do the upgrade or facilitate with Doepfer and considering that the control board and the main processor board are completely replaced, plus drilling holes for the CV & gate sockets needs to be done is very cost effective.
 
I own two of these units, an old black faced (still version 2) which I've owned from new (several years now) and a new model which I picked up second hand.
 
I've submitted my own opinion to Harmony Central, that should be up in a few days, because I feel a more balanced view was needed.
