DIN-Sync to Clocks Module

Hi,

Does anyone of you know, whether there is a module on the market (by any 
manufacturer), that "translates" DIN-Sync to different Clocksignals 
(1/8, 1/16, etc...) and Start/Stop- and Reset-Signals?
