Looks like you can buy all the components from Mouser
(www.mouser.com), order their catalog, its free and
makes for some nice toilet reading anyway.

Anyway I don't have the page # cause I gave my catalog
to a friend but its listed under something like
"modular racks" or enclosures. I just tried looking on
the webpage but didn't come up with it in their online
catalog.

BTW the original reason for this search was to find
the entire rack + mounting rails + power supply from a
large distributor but its not much cheaper buying it
from Mouser. Since you only need the rack, however,
this should save you some money.
