Doepfer

Hi all,
I am new to this board and to real modulars so I thought I'd post my 
planned setup. I'm going to start with a G6 loaded with Doepfer 
modules and later add some Analog Systems and Blacet. Right now the 
main synth I'm using is an Alesis Andromeda, so I'm trying to avoid a 
setup (at least to begin with)that will sound similar or have similar 
capabilities.

--A-136 Distortion/Waveshaper
--A-138a Linear Mixer

--A-180 Multiples 1

Any comments or suggestions? Would this be a solid setup to start 
with?


P.S. Yes, I know just one osc. to start with is odd. That will 
definitely be the first thing to be added to, also I will be running 
other things through it quite often.
