It would be just as easy to create a voltage controlled digital delay/pitch shifter. Boss has guitar pedals that do this and the older BOSS-RPS10 was a fantastic Digital Delay/Pitch Shifter with a 0-5v CV on the back! >> The problem with digital is latency, especially when working via CV (conversions). I have a "simpler" (takes up more space though), analogue approach but with a commercial design already in "prototype" I don't think it'd be appropriate to share such a circuit.
