Josue,
 
Inclined to agree that Dieter and Co have done a sterling job on the
filter side so something else would be good.
 
I have proposed each of my previous suggestions before, some of which
made it to a poll.
 
Another suggestion would be;
 
matrix mixer - essentially x inputs set horizontally and x outputs set
vertically with a pot at each junction, maybe provide VC as well - could
even be used as a 5.1 surround mixer, and if you could patch a joystick
into it to pan sound etc ?
