Hi.  If you are making DIY modules, getting your front panels from 
Front Panel Express is a lot easier than getting a blank and 
drilling, etc.  I always use them because the results are so much 
better than anything I could do myself.

You use their software to design the holes and the graphics, then 
the software figures the price and orders it for you.  If you are in 
North America, you can go to their website here.

They've alsp got a European branch.

If you decide to go this route, contact me and I will give you the 
data for some front panels I have made that worked well.  That way 
you can use the dimensions of the mounting holes to get started.
