Thanks for the update. I confess I do like the A111 sound so maybe if
the adapter is decided to be the preferred solution!

hello david,
at the musikmesse in frankfurt dieter doepfer told me
that he is still able to get those cem 3340.
they are a bit pricey, but it seems that he
can still get enough of these chips, so
i wouldn't worry too much about the 3340's
for now.
