Doepfer

Hi everybody,

I have Doepfer A-100 system with A-108 (excellent) and A-109 (good) filter. 
And here is the question:

Since I like to filter drum loops a lot, I noticed that the best results 
occur when linking hi-pass to low-pass filter in serial fashion (experience 
from owning MS-20). So, is positioning Doepfer A-123 before A-108 (with some 
careful resonance adjusting on both) going to bring out beauty and 
wierdness, just like on MS-20? (I am not expecting this combination to sound 
like MS-20, just to result in something sounding very nice).

For example, 909 toms, filtered through resonated hi-pass/low-pass 
combination on MS-20, acquires a life of its own. So, can anybody point me 
in a direction of a sweet hi-pass (that can fit into Doepfer rack)?
