The MS20 filters are 12dB/Oct filters. So I think, you should use the 
A-121 as Highpass and the A108 in 12dB mode as Lowpassfilter

Another filter that might be great (I mean GREAT!) for drum loop 
filtering should be the announced A101-1. Imagine: Crossfader like 
mixing of two beats by the filter frequency !!!
