hi folks. my questions in the past have all been answered in a
helpful mannner, thank you to all on this list.
here's today's queries:

the a108 filter. this seems like a good one for me. however, i
currently have the Asol sy01 w/ moog ladder 24db lpf. i must say it
is dull, boring and filters too much of the signal out. it's so dull
it almost seems like a volume nob. i had a frostwave ms20 clone, and
(never A/Bed it with an ms20, couldn't tell you if it was in fact
ms20-like) i thought that, by contrast, was a very good filter
sound. i like greasy, slimy flatulent filters. i have a wasp
a124. it's cool, but perhaps has TOO much charactor. a very cheap
sound, which is good for me, though not all the time. i've
understood that the a108 can be overdriven to make dirty sounds.
please comment, for those who have experience with the filter. my
first thought is that i don't care for the typical moog lpf, but it
seems that this is more versatile and has a great range. i think
using the 12 and 6db outputs would be more appropriate to my type of
sound.

also a i wonder about the spring reverb unit. is this worth looking
into? i've heard some units with very short springs, and they
didn't sound so cool. do any of you feel that this has been a good
unit for depth, spashy verb and other effects?

thanks to those who reply-
yours((000
