absolutely!  my favortie use of an insert like this is to patch a spring reverb or delay 
into the Res feedback loop.  my ASys multimode has this featyre built in and i use it 
all the time.  now that i realize how easy it is to incorporate this into my doepfer 
filters, i shall do so post haste.  thanks dieter for the tip, and for the diy page!
