Re: Making Modules

2004-09-07 by stuadh

I'm afraid I don't have a digital camera, but I'll try and borrow one.
The plan I used came off the following site:

http://www.angelfire.com/music5/a100/sounds/DIYmodules/DO
C1.html

I just squeezed two attenuators onto the one panel. It all fits
quite nicely as long as you use the mini (17mm) pots (I got mine
from Maplins). As per the plan, I used 10K pots and a 1K static
resistor. I have to admit, I don't really understand the reasoning
for these values, as I blindly followed the plan. Works fine
though. It is perfect for turning down the output on the LFO2 (and
the sine wave on my A Sys LFO). All together, it cost around £10
($18) and it took about 3 1/2 hours (including drilling out the
blank panel. That's as a complete beginner). I just want to
make more modules, now. Any ideas, anyone?
