Sepperate. Farnell seems only to do the tripple output models, but theyre loads cheaper then ive seen other people carrying the dual outputs. The +5v will come in usefull if you have any of the relevent modules in your doepfer system. Or, indeed, will save some regultor use for some homebuilt stuff.
